Sources. Three, all cut to the same Sunday to Saturday reporting week. LinkedIn Company Page analytics (Content, Visitors, and Followers views), captured once a week. Google Analytics 4 on sourcechange.com, live since August 11, 2026 and gated behind the cookie banner. Webflow form submissions for inbound leads, counted by form and category.
Inbound leads. Five website forms feed this. Client Consultation Request counts as a client lead. For Candidates Register Interest and Talent Network Registration count as candidate leads. Talent Hub Role Alerts and Insights Newsletter count as subscribers. Test submissions are excluded. No personal data appears on this page because it has no login: names, emails and phone numbers stay in Webflow and in the sc-front-office Slack channel.
Pipeline. 10 figures per week are recorded manually in SC_LinkedIn_Weekly_Metrics.xlsx, the tracker of record: followers, net new followers, impressions, posts published, clicks, reactions, comments, shares, page views, and unique visitors. The same weekly row is then embedded in this page as a static snapshot and published. The page has no live connection to LinkedIn; it updates when the weekly snapshot is refreshed, normally each Thursday.
Calculated fields. Engagements = clicks + reactions + comments + shares. CTR = clicks divided by impressions. Engagement rate = engagements divided by impressions. Growth rate on this page = net change in followers divided by the prior week's total.
Known caveats. Document posts count slide swipes as clicks, which inflates CTR and engagement rate in weeks with carousel posts. LinkedIn's weekly new-follower figure is gross adds before unfollows, so it can exceed the actual movement in the follower total. A few historical follower totals are derived estimates and are flagged in the tracker.
